The Goss and Crested China Club has been in existence since 1970. It is run by Lynda Pine and her team of crested china specialists - Debbie, Susan, Elizabeth and Andrew. The Club has built up a huge stock of all types of Goss and Crested China which is available from a mail order bi-monthly catalogue. Personal attention is given to customer requirements and requests for further information. All china sold has been checked for perfection and any details of damage noted so the customer is fully informed of condition prior to purchase. The staff provide a specialist but friendly service at all times. They run the Goss and Crested China club to help and encourage collectors with their chosen hobby. New members receive an elegant enamel club badge and Membership Card. There is a free telephone and postal advice service.
A stock of over 5,000 pieces can be seen in the show room which is a re-creation of an Edwardian china stall. Also housed on the premises is the Goss and Crested China museum which explains the history of Goss China and on display are many rare artefacts and pieces. Entry is free. Displays are changed regularly.

Lynda Pine is the Managing Director. She is the Club's principal buyer and wrote William Henry Goss: The story of the Staffordshire family of Potters who invented Heraldic Porcelain. She has over 30 years of experience in heraldic china. She researched and put the prices in the Price Guides, and wrote the Millers book, Goss & Crested China, A Collector's Guide and the Shire book Goss and Sourvenir Heraldic China.
Debbie Webb has worked with Lynda for over 16 years. She is our computer expert and office manager. Known for her enthusiasm and energy Debbie is here to help.
Susan Rose has been with the Club for over 10 years and has become an addicted collector herself. She has an excellent memory for remembering customers, often by voice on the telephone, and customers requirements - so we affectionately refer to her as the 'office computer'!
Elizabeth Clements has been with the Club for 8 years and is a very enthusiastic and knowledgable member of the team.
